Pastor Cliff Carr and our various ministries is dedicated to developing the people of God through Gods word and Spirit. We believe that it is Gods desire that His church grow into the likeness and character of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
1. To fulfill Gods call to make disciples and not simply converts we are dedicated to teaching the body of Christ how to follow after the Holy Spirits leading.
2. To expect change within their lives. Not only financially, physically, but also in behavior and lifestyle.
3. To understand grace in all of its benefits.
4. How to apply the word of God directly to their circumstance or need through faith.

The Kingdom of God is a lifestyle and not simply a place we go to.

We are called to establish a local church. We have called this church. [Harvest Rain] Our second call is to establish a Christian Development center.
Our first Goal financially is to establish a strong financial account. Secondly is to purchase property between 5 and 10 acres. Thirdly is to build the church facility. And Fourthly is to build the Development center.

We are also called by God to be active within the region physically and through media outreach. Media is a strong tool for furthering Gods assignments.

Harvest Rain is a non denominational church. It is founded upon Gods word as the truth and foundation of its purpose.
* We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and there is no other.
* We believe that He was born of a virgin lived a sinless life and was crucified for our sins. Through Jesus death upon the cross we have redemption and that God raised him from the dead as Lord over heaven, earth and everything under the earth.
* It is through faith in what Jesus has done alone that we are saved.
* We further believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues as stated in the book of acts.
* We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit within the church today as listed in 1Cor. chapters 12 - 14.

* We believe in tithing through the local church unto the Lord as illustrated through Abraham with Melchizedek before the law was given. [Gen.14:17-20] Now offered unto Jesus as High priest [Heb.7:1-10]. This act is done as honoring the Lord with our substance and not as an act of law.

We do not judge those who do not tithe but encourage all believers to do so as an act of worship and honor for blessing upon their finances by God.
